- The BVR air-to-air missile Aastra would presently be tested by Indian DRDO (Defence Research and Development Organization). An IAF Sukhoi-30 MKI should carry out this test. This BVRAAM will be used by the Indian Air Force TEJAS (Light Combat Aircraft, LCA), MiG-29s, Mirage 2000s, and Su-30MKIs.

- Taiwan should keep on trying to buy some self-defensive armament even if the United States freezed the weapons sales to Taiwan.

- President Bush might send troops to Darfur according to the Senegal's president Wade.
